The topping are all on top of the cheese and the sausage pieces are ground and places on top which caused it to be dry. The pizza came out not to shortly after and were already disappointed because they had put green peppers on instead of green olives, The waitress was very apologetic and offered to make a new one, not necessary. The pizza sticks that it came with were fried pieces of pizza dough that has a little garlic butter on them. It was in a soup cup and was mostly artichokes with some dry sauce. The artichoke dip came out and it was not like a normal artichoke dip. We ended up ordering the artichoke dip and a small pizza. We also wanted to know if the onion rings were homemade, which the menu made sound like they were, she had to go ask again. When asking the waitress, who we believe was new, if the mushrooms were fresh or canned she went as asked someone. We went to the restaurant side which has the most interesting set up of tables and booths. Very interesting layout, we walked in and didn't know where to sit, there was a side where you can order and pick up yourself and then there is a restaurant side. I would give them another try if I were in the area but based on other reviews I would probably try pizza or maybe a burger if I could get something else besides fries with it.First time coming here.
They reminded me of the fries we used to get at lunch in school. Bun was almost too hard to bite in spots (toasted I am sure but over done) and the BBQ was not great. I would not recommend this particular sandwich to anyone. My wife ordered a salad which was average at best and I ordered a BBQ shot sandwich. Our friends ordered Phillys which they enjoyed. Not a huge deal but if you are going to have 20 beers on the menu then have all of them or shrink your selection. He tried to order 3 different beers from the menu (none were available) before she walked him to the bar. She was very pleasant and prompt although struggled with the beer order for my friend. It was not busy and the waitress got to us right away. My wife and I stopped with another couple for lunch on a Friday.
